Custom-made items may have different return terms as specified in your service agreement. For services, cancellation terms are outlined in your service contract and may vary based on the stage of completion.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Services that have been partially or fully completed are subject to the cancellation terms specified in your service agreement.

Unless the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For custom orders, cancellation terms are detailed in your service agreement. Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, cancellation may result in fees to cover costs already incurred. We will provide a detailed breakdown of any cancellation fees before processing the cancellation.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within ten (10) business days.
